They have experience working both with individual entrepreneurs and startups of 5 people, as well as with large organizations: LUKOIL, Gazprom Neft, Ministry of Energy of Russia, Mazda-Sollers, McDonalds, Administration of the Tomsk Region and others.

Among the implemented projects:

• development of digitalization and development strategies, anti-crisis IT management;

• anti-crisis management in furniture production, where in 3 months sanctions worth 20 million rubles were eliminated and productivity was increased 3 times, and most importantly, key clients and the team were retained;

• a product strategy has been built for the largest oil company in Russia, which has been implemented since 2015;

• the product offering was transformed and the first B2G projects for IT solutions were received;

• a project was implemented, the results of which were accepted by Russian President V.V. Putin and Japanese Prime Minister S. Abe;

• the costs of maintaining the IT system were reduced by 1.5 million rubles per year, and the costs of launching IT projects by 30-90%;

• participated in the development of federal orders and rules, resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation
